Mother's Day
I have to say, this year's mother's day was really nice. I couldn't have asked for a better day to spend with my hubby and very active 2 year old. We did the usual brunch and whatever I wanted to do that day. All I wanted was to have downtime with my guys and that's what I got. Yes, it was a good day.

Virginia Beach Town Center

I met up with Wanda and her beautiful daughter Kim at Virginia Beach Town Center for a fun photo shoot. The weather was just awesome and Town Center was packed with locals and tourists. There was another photo shoot going on at the same time and we had to maneuver around a bit to get that perfect shot. Kim is a natural, and I can't wait to work with her again.

Day at the Park

I made my way to Oak Grove Park Sunday morning. I thought what a perfect day to be outside. It's the first day the weatherman finally got the weather forecast right. Bright and warm! As I pulled up to the parking lot, looked like everyone had the same idea to be out. I met these beautiful girls and they were ready to have their pictures taken. We found a nice little spot at the park and I was off getting these shots. I'm very happy on how the pictures turned out. I don't think it's possible to get bad shots with these beautiful girls.

Better late than never!
I can't believe it's already April. I tell you, time does fly when your having fun. March was a great month. Not only did it mark the beginning of Spring but it also marked my one year anniversary in the photography business. I feel that I've accomplished a lot in the past year. Our company has grown and I want to thank all the brides, grooms, and the families who entrusted us with all the special events in their lives. It was an honor being a part of it all.
